How a local delivery order works
Select the product and size, confirm availability for the recipient’s address/date, check the complete price and terms, and supply the details needed for coordination. The florist or fulfilment platform confirms the order and arranges a local courier. Presentail’s checked shipping policy describes local fulfilment, not international postal shipping of flowers.

Address and phone coordination
Botanica’s Lebanon guidance asks for area, street, building, floor, landmark and a working recipient phone. A landmark supports the address; it does not guarantee successful delivery by itself. Include an authorized backup contact where appropriate and keep the order placer reachable.
For offices, hospitals and hotels, check venue access and reception rules before ordering. Botanica allows relevant reception hand-off; its hotel policy ends responsibility at hand-off and asks prompt collection. A courier’s hand-off is not always personal receipt by the intended recipient.
