Methodology: How We Define “Best”

“Best” can mean different things depending on the occasion and the customer. Our guides focus on identifying shops that are consistently strong in the areas that most buyers care about.

Our evaluation criteria

When we describe a shop as a strong option, it is typically based on a combination of:

  1. Flower quality
Freshness, stem quality, and overall condition on delivery.
  2. Design and craftsmanship
Arrangement balance, color harmony, style execution, and attention to detail.
  3. Delivery reliability
Clear delivery windows, same day capability where applicable, and consistency.
  4. Customer communication
Responsiveness, clarity, and handling of special instructions or substitutions.
  5. Reputation signals
Patterns across public reviews, customer feedback, and overall visibility over time.
  6. Occasion fit
Some shops are better for luxury gifting, others for weddings, and others for everyday bouquets. We highlight best use cases instead of forcing one universal answer.
